APB Group Coaching is ongoing support, with monthly live coaching, specialist breakout rooms and 50+ Action Plans you work through at your own pace. A workshop is four weeks on one area, with a coach holding you to a piece of work each week.
Every APB workshop is priced at $3,997 USD.
Yes. Attend all four sessions, and if the workshop has not delivered value you can request a refund within 24 hours of your last session.
Twelve at most. That cap is what keeps the coaching specific to your company rather than general.
In Business Coaching you work one-on-one with an Executive Business Coach on your long-term goals, year round. A workshop is a small group on a fixed topic, and it shows you how an Executive Business Coach works before you commit to that.
The group coaching sessions will be delivered by one of APB's experienced Executive Business Coaches. They will also be available via email throughout the four-week period to answer any questions you may have.
Yes. Every session has 30 minutes set aside for your questions about the topic and how it applies to your building company. An Executive Business coach will also be available via email throughout the four-week period to answer additional questions.
If you cannot attend one of the live coaching sessions for whatever reason, the recording will be sent to you, and you can email an Executive Business Coach directly with any questions you may have.
