Build Launch head-hunts, upskills and places expert Virtual Construction Professionals with residential builders and construction companies. Their global talent pool spans design and engineering, construction project support, and marketing and admin roles, and every placement is trained through Build Launch's own High-Performance Learning Centre in local standards, practices and the construction software builders already use.

What They Offer

Build Launch's Virtual Construction Professionals can support builders across three main areas:

• Design & Engineering — architects, draftspeople, engineers and interior designers, skilled in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD and SketchUp.
• Construction — project managers, project assistants, contract administrators, quantity surveyors and estimators, skilled in Procore, Buildertrend, Simpro and similar platforms.
• Marketing & Admin — bookkeepers, finance assistants, sales and marketing support, and IT technicians, skilled in Xero, MYOB and major CRM and marketing platforms.

Talent is sourced from a global pool with a focus on the Philippines, and typically costs up to 80% less than hiring the equivalent role locally, without compromising on skill or experience.

How It Works

Build Launch takes builders through a Discovery session to understand the roles needed, builds a Strategic Roadmap, recruits and trains the Talent, and then provides ongoing support and maintenance so the placement keeps performing.
